You do not need Robux, a battle pass purchase, or a completed World 1 roster to redeem. Codes work on a fresh account in an online server of ten players. They also work after you have already transformed with F and bought sequential weights. Redeem first, then train.

Step 1: Load the live place

Join Muscle Transform Simulator from the official Roblox page. Wait until the lobby and gym finish replicating. If you are stuck on a frozen UI, leave and join a different server. Codes redeem per account, not per server, but a desynced Codes box is a common false failure.

Step 2: Find the gear icon

Look at the top-left of the screen. The gear opens settings and the Codes box. It is easy to miss on a phone because smash buttons and the transform prompt (F on keyboard) hog the lower half. Do not open the Roblox hamburger or the experience shop. The redeem field lives inside the in-game gear, not on the Roblox website.

Step 3: Open the Codes box

Tap or click the gear. Find the Codes field. Some UI skins label it Codes; others show a small text box under settings toggles. Tap the box so the mobile keyboard appears. On a computer, click the field and type.

Step 4: Paste one code and press Enter

Redeem one string at a time from the codes list:

Press Enter (or the on-screen confirm) after each paste. Wait for a success toast before you paste the next one. Dumping all six into a single field will fail.

Step 5: Confirm the rewards landed

SPIN should add five Wheel Spins. MUSCLE and UPDATE3 add one spin each. BATTLEPASS is a Training Potion. WORLD2 is a Strength Potion. SMASH is a Gold Potion. Open your inventory or the wheel UI and count. If a toast said success but the potion is missing, rejoin the server once; inventory replication sometimes lags. Troubleshooting typos, hops, and expired strings

Typos. The six strings are short, which makes typos obvious and easy to miss. WORLD2 is the digit 2, not the word two. UPDATE3 uses the digit 3. BATTLEPASS is one word. MUSCLE, SMASH, and SPIN have no punctuation.

Extra spaces. A trailing space from a copy-paste is the most common fail. Delete the field and type by hand if paste keeps failing.

Already redeemed. Each code is once per account. A second try returns an error that looks like an expired code. Check inventory before you hop.

Wrong experience. Several Roblox gym sims use similar names. Confirm place ID 98679602313466 and the Castaway Studios RBLX listing.

Expired or patched out. We last checked September 2026 and still saw these six listed as working, with no public expired table. Games this size still kill codes without a blog post. Hop to another online server and retry once. If it fails after a hop, treat it as dead until the codes hub updates.

UI missing. If the gear has no Codes box, you may be in a minigame camera, a shop overlay, or a broken mobile scale. Press V to teleport back to training, close other menus, and reopen the gear. As a last step, rejoin.

Server lag. Peak CCU on this place has cleared 20,000 players. A full room can stall the redeem remote. Ten-player servers still hitch during smash storms. Wait two seconds after Enter before you mash the field.

After you redeem

Do not pop every potion in the lobby. Sit on arm, leg, and body machines first so a Training Potion or Strength Potion actually lands on a stat. Save the Gold Potion for a smash cluster, not a single crate. Then follow Getting Started so you buy the next character in order (Rage Man, Gray, Spike Man in World 1) instead of sitting on Gold.

Recheck the updates hub whenever Castaway Studios ships a client bump. The last notable update we track is 16 June 2026. New worlds and battle pass drops are the usual moments for a fresh string, and they are also the moments old strings die. Creators sometimes post new codes in the community Discord before a written roundup catches up.

If you play with friends, remember this is an online experience, not local split-screen. Each person redeems on their own account. Sharing a screenshot of the six codes is fine; sharing an account is not required.
