Session planners for potions and spends — not downloads.

Tools Hub

The tools on this Muscle Transform Simulator wiki are planners you read before a session, not programs you download. Nothing here is an injector, a macro pack, or a desktop installer. Each page is a checklist for potions, codes, training order, or smash routes so Gold and flasks land on the right action. If you want executables, that is a different hub. If you want to grow faster inside the live gym, stay here.

What a planner is for

A session in this Roblox incremental is short and easy to waste. You transform with F, sit on a machine, smash a cluster, or buy a character. Potions last for a limited window. Codes redeem once per account. Super flasks are rare enough that drinking one on a maxed body hurts. A planner exists so you decide the session type first, then the flask, then the spend.

The first planner is the potion planner. It splits Strength, Gold, Training, and Super across machine work, smash clusters, new-character unlocks, and rebirth prep. Use it when your inventory has more than one flask and you are not sure which lid to pop.

Pair planners with live pages

Planners go stale if you ignore the live lists. Redeem every string on the codes hub before you drink shop potions. WORLD2, SMASH, and BATTLEPASS are free Strength, Gold, and Training flasks. MUSCLE, UPDATE3, and SPIN feed the daily wheel, which can roll Mysterious Hulk, Red General, or more potions. Code stock is one-time. Shop stock costs Robux. The planner tells you when a free flask is enough and when a shop flask is actually worth it.

Training still has a correct order: arms, legs, and body on the current form, auto-train on, next sequential weight, then smash. The training guide is the mechanical half of that loop. This hub will not copy that guide. It will point you there when a bar stalls and the planner has already chosen Strength plus Training.

Spend decisions need a ranking. The tier list hub is where pets, characters, and weights get ordered so you do not hatch a world egg you will never equip. Open it after the planner, not before. A flask does not fix a bad pet. A good pet still needs the right flask on the right session.

How to run a session with these pages

  1. Redeem codes. Bank spins if the wheel is not the goal tonight.
  2. Name the session: machine, smash, new character, or rebirth prep.
  3. Open the potion planner and drink only what that row allows.
  4. If the session is machines, follow the training guide and buy the next weight you can afford, including Titanic once you are on that ladder.
  5. If the session is smash, hit clusters, not stray crates.
  6. If the session is a new form, stack Super with Strength and Training, then sit until the three bars fill.
  7. Stop when the flasks expire. Do not start a second Super because the first one felt good.

That list is the whole tools loop. It works on World 1 Rage Man and it works on World 5 after the Auras-titled build. The gym launched on September 8, 2025, last took a Roblox platform stamp on June 16, 2026, and still runs 10-player servers. Planners do not care which world you are in. They care which action you are about to take.

What this hub will not become

This hub will not host script loaders, keyless executors, or “auto farm” files. It will not invent a damage calculator with fake coefficients. It will add another planner only when a live system needs a decision table: potion rows, code-versus-shop rows, or a smash-versus-train split you keep getting wrong. Until then, the potion planner is the tool that saves the most progress per minute.

None of these planners run inside Roblox. They are checklists you read before a session so potions, codes, and Gold land on the right machine, smash cluster, or rebirth. Open the potion planner first, then the codes list, then the training guide if a bar is stalling.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Are these tools software I download?

No. Every page in this hub is a planner or checklist you read before a session. There are no installers, injectors, or auto-farm files here.

Which planner should I open first?

The potion planner. Name the session (train, smash, new character, or rebirth prep), drink only that row, then redeem leftover codes so shop flasks are not wasted.

Do planners replace the training guide and tier list?

No. Planners choose when to drink and spend. The training guide covers machines and weights. The tier list ranks pets and other investments. Use all three.

Where do code potions fit in a planner?

Redeem WORLD2, SMASH, and BATTLEPASS before you buy Robux flasks. MUSCLE, UPDATE3, and SPIN feed the daily wheel. Code stock is one-time; plan the session first.
