Muscle Transform Simulator Controls

Every input that actually moves the gym: transform, train, smash, teleport, codes.

Controls

Muscle Transform Simulator looks busy because the city is loud. The input set is small. If a bar will not move, Gold will not rise, or a code box will not appear, you are almost always missing one of the keys below rather than fighting a hidden skill tree. This page is the control sheet. Pair it with the first-hour walkthrough on a new account and with how to smash once you leave the pads.

The experience is live on Roblox, free-to-play, and online with ten-player servers. Other people smash the same street. They do not press F for you.

On a phone the same actions are taps. There is no split-screen local co-op layout. Auto-train lives in the same gear panel as codes, so you do not hunt a second menu.

Transform before you train

The lobby body is the skinny model. Machines ignore it or tick so slowly that you think the pad is broken. Press F. Rage Man, or whichever form you just bought, should replace the lobby skin. If F does nothing, a menu is open, you are already transformed, or you are standing in a shop panel. Close the panel and press F again.

Venom, King Hulk, Master Rage, Neon Knight, and the World 6 ice forms still use F. The kit on top of F (super jump, thunder clap, charge) only appears after that form is equipped. The transformations page lists those kits. This page only cares that you are not punching cars as the lobby kid.

Pads, auto-train, and V

Walk onto the arm, leg, and body machines. Interact, then tap. Rotate so one bar does not sit at cap while the other two are still in single digits. Turn auto-train on as soon as you understand the three pads. Auto-train is a game setting, not a script. If you tab out without it, Rage Man is still sitting on arms when you return.

When a smash route dumps you across the map, press V. V is the gym teleport. It is not a world skip. Worlds still want the previous roster finished. If V drops you in spawn and the Worlds icon still greys out World 2, you missed a character, not a hotkey. The world roster is the map of those gates, including World 6.

Smash inputs that print Gold

Gold does not drop from pads. Jump, then punch, so the hit covers a cluster instead of one crate. Hold charge to run through a line of cars. Isolated lamp posts waste time. If the prompt says you are too weak, you are on the skinny model, on an early form, or punching a World 5 prop with World 1 pets. Transform, train a little, or drop to a weaker cluster. Full smash routes, including the 15-tree stall, live on how to smash for Gold.

Premium kits add slam, thunder clap, and a longer charge. Those are still smash inputs. They do not replace V, F, or the gear panel.

Codes and the gear panel

The gear is top-left on PC and mobile. Open it, find Codes, paste one string, press Enter. MUSCLE, BATTLEPASS, UPDATE3, WORLD2, SMASH, and SPIN are the public list as of September 2026. Full clicks and hop-server notes are on how to redeem. Close smash overlays if the box is hidden on a phone keyboard.

Common “broken control” mistakes

You smash and nothing dies: you are not transformed. You train and the bar is frozen: you are capped, off the pad, or still in the lobby skin. You cannot find codes: another UI is covering the gear. You cannot return to the gym: you pressed Worlds instead of V. You cannot open World 6: Dark Warrior is not finished. Scripts that auto-punch are a ban risk; the in-game auto-train toggle is the safe AFK option, and the scripts hub is the warning page if you still look at injectors.

Learn F, V, gear, jump-punch, and charge before you buy Venom or Galaxy weights. Those purchases do not teach the keyboard. The keyboard teaches you how to spend them.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What does F do in Muscle Transform Simulator?

F transforms you into the equipped character. Train and smash after that press, not on the skinny lobby body.

How do I get back to the gym?

Press V to teleport to the training pads. Worlds is a different icon and only opens maps you already unlocked.

Where is the codes box on mobile?

Tap the gear in the top-left. The Codes field sits in that settings panel. Full steps are on how to redeem.

Is auto-train a script?

No. Auto-train is a setting in the same gear menu as codes. Injectors are a separate ban risk described on the scripts hub.
