Muscle Transform Simulator How to Rebirth
Finish the roster, empty Gold sinks, then rebirth without a published reset chart.
Rebirth in Muscle Transform Simulator is a late button, not a first-hour trick. The official loop is train a character to cap, buy the next character with Gold, finish the world’s roster, unlock the next world, and rebirth after characters are complete. If Rage Man is your only maxed body, you are not ready. If Gray is still locked, you are not ready. Rebirth is the step after the roster, not a shortcut around it.
Castaway Studios RBLX has not published a full reset table. This page stays honest about that. You will not find invented percentages, fake keep lists, or a numbered rebirth shop copied from another gym sim. Plan around what the game actually shows: character completion, world gates, and Gold sinks you can empty before you click.
Complete characters, then worlds
Each world sells a short, ordered roster. You max the current form on arms, legs, and body, spend Gold, transform, and repeat. World 1 is Rage Man, Gray, and Spike Man. World 2 is Warrior, Baldy, and Hero, the anime-styled set that videos also call Goku, One Punch Man, and All Might. World 3 includes Cake and odd forms. World 4 is Galaxy Creature or Galaxy Guardian, Money Man, and Void Guardian. World 5 is Gladiator, Warrior, and Dark Warrior.
Venom costs about 800 Robux and sits beside that free ladder. Master Rage advertises about 30 percent over your best character. King Hulk is a late form. None of those names replace the rule: you unlock the next world by completing the current world’s characters, not by hoping a paid skin opens a gate. Confirm the live line on the world roster and the character tier list so you do not skip a required body.
Public videos and player tools often describe each body part maxing around 100 per character. When all three bars are white, that slot is done. Buy the next slot. When every slot in the world is owned and trained, the next map can open. That is the rebirth prerequisite in practice: a finished roster, not a high Gold number with empty character slots.
Gold sinks to empty before you rebirth
Because the reset table is unpublished, treat rebirth as a point of no return for anything Gold can still buy. Spend on sequential weights you do not own. Hatch eggs you will actually equip. Buy the next character if it is still locked. A rebirth clicked with a fat wallet and missing plates is the painful case if weights reset, and a wasted delay if they do not. Either way you should not sit on a pile.
Pets from eggs and Robux purchases such as Galaxy weights (about 500 Robux) or Venom are the items you most want owned first. If they persist, you start the next cycle strong. If they reset, you still used the Gold and Robux on the strongest cycle you could run. What we cannot honestly promise is a keep list. Do not plan around a rumor that Gold, stats, weights, or pets definitely survive.
Keep training quality high until the click. The training guide is how you finish the last bars on the last body. Auto-train, sequential weights, and potions still matter on Cake, on Money Man, and on Dark Warrior. Rebirth does not care that you were bored of legs.
What we know versus what we do not
Known:
- The game tells you to rebirth by completing characters and then progress further.
- Worlds unlock after you finish the characters in the current world.
- Training, smashing, pets, weights, and potions are the tools that make those characters finish.
- The experience is live, free-to-play, and online with 10-player servers. It released on 8 September 2025 and updated on 16 June 2026.
Unknown, because Castaway has not posted a chart:
- Whether Gold resets.
- Whether sequential Gold weights reset.
- Whether hatched pets reset.
- Whether trained stats reset fully, partially, or per world.
- Whether Robux items such as Galaxy weights, Venom, or later plates are exempt.
- Whether rebirth grants a fixed multiplier, a stacking bonus, or only a fresh world curve.
Until that chart exists, the safe play is complete pets and weights first, finish the roster, then rebirth. Do not click mid-world because a video thumbnail said reset. Do not click to fix a World 2 tree quest; that stall is a smash-power problem, not a rebirth problem.
After the click
If rebirth returns you to an earlier form, run the same loop: F to transform, train three stats, smash clusters, buy the next body. Your knowledge of V, auto-train, and cluster punches still applies. Paid forms and late bodies such as Master Rage or King Hulk remain goals on the new cycle if they are still offered.
Check the Auras update notes before you assume the button behaves like last month. New worlds, auras, and Titanic weights have already shifted what a finished roster looks like. Rebirth advice that ignores the current patch is how people reset under a new gate they did not know existed.
Rebirth is a roster action. Finish every named character you can buy, empty the Gold sinks that still make the next cycle faster, then press it. Anything earlier is impatience dressed up as optimization.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
When should I rebirth in Muscle Transform Simulator?
After you complete the characters in a world roster, not after the first maxed bar. Buy missing forms first, then consider the button.
What do I keep when I rebirth?
Castaway has not published a reset table. Assume Gold, stats, weights, and pets might reset, finish those sinks first, and do not plan around a rumor keep list.
Does rebirth unlock the next world?
Worlds unlock by completing the current world's characters. Rebirth is a later progression step, not a substitute for Spike Man, Hero, Cake, or Void Guardian.
Should I rebirth to beat the World 2 tree quest?
No. That quest is a strength check. Train, smash, and equip better pets or weights. Resetting early will not teach your current form to break trees.
