Muscle Transform Simulator is a live free-to-play Roblox incremental from Castaway Studios RBLX. This hub records dated public milestones, not invented patch numbers. The place launched on September 8, 2025, peaked at 20,715 concurrent players on March 28, 2026, passed 101 million visits, and last showed a Roblox platform update on June 16, 2026. How to use this timeline

Castaway Studios has not published a public Trello. The public record is the Roblox place page, working codes, and creator videos with dates on them. When the title prefix changes, that is the live build you are already playing. Read the Auras update breakdown for what that branding means in a session, keep the codes list redeemed, check the world roster before you spend Gold on a skip, and only reset after you finish the rebirth checklist.

September 8, 2025 — launch

The gym opened with the loop that still runs today. You spawn scrawny, press F to transform, sit on arm, leg, and body machines, smash city props for Gold, then buy the next character. Weights unlock in order. Pets hatch from lobby eggs. Completing every character in a world is what opens the next map. Later milestones stacked systems on top of that loop. They did not replace it.

March 2026 — two worlds and the first public codes

A March 20, 2026 Sportskeeda beginner guide described two worlds with three characters each. World 1 listed Rage Man, Gray, and Spike Man. World 2 listed Warrior, Baldy, and Hero. In the same month, public code lists started naming WORLD2, SMASH, and SPIN: one Strength Potion, one Gold Potion, and five wheel spins. That cluster is the first public code era, not a numbered patch.

The 20,715 concurrent peak on March 28, 2026 sits in this two-world window. If your account is still on World 1, max the current form, smash clusters, and buy the next body. Opening the Worlds menu does not skip a character you have not paid for.

April 2026 — worlds 3 to 5, Venom, King Hulk, Titanic weights

Creator videos through April show the live map count moving from two worlds to five. An April 6 video covers the Venom transformation and World 3 eggs. An April 13 video covers King Hulk and a World 4 push past ten million power. A late April video covers Titanic weights and golden pet mutation, with the creator already training on World 5.

Those videos are dated proof, not a changelog with patch IDs. If you still see two worlds, you have not finished the current roster. Rebirth is a completion reset. It is not a skip.

Codes that tagged this stretch include UPDATE3 for one spin, BATTLEPASS for one Training Potion, and MUSCLE for one spin. BATTLEPASS is public proof a battle pass exists. Drink that Training Potion on a machine, not while standing idle in the lobby.

May 7, 2026 — World 6 ice map and diamond auras

A dated creator session opened “road number six.” Ice Warrior is the opener. Mr. Frozen Evil Guy is the closer named on camera. A diamond aura spinner and a multi-million Gold egg stand arrived with the map. That drop has its own page: the World 6 update. Auras how-to lives at how to get auras. Codes did not add a WORLD6 string.

June 16, 2026 — platform stamp and Auras branding

Roblox last marked the place updated on June 16, 2026. The live title prefix is [AURAS!] Muscle Transform Simulator. This wiki does not invent what that stamp contained. What you can act on is already in the live build: five worlds, Titanic weights, golden pet mutation, a battle pass, a daily wheel that can roll Mysterious Hulk, Red General, or potions, and the six public codes on the codes hub.

Farm the same way you farm after any live drop. Redeem codes. Drink Gold potions on smash clusters. Drink Strength and Training on machines. Save Super for a new character’s first long set. Mutate pets you actually equip. Buy the next Titanic weight you can afford. Rebirth only when the current world’s bodies are done.

What gets a new row

This hub will not invent patch IDs. The next timeline row will be a dated public code, a new Roblox title prefix, or a creator video that shows a system that was not live in April.
