Muscle Transform Simulator Getting Started

Codes, transform, three stats, Gold, Gray, a cheap pet, then auto-train.

Getting Started

Your first hour in Muscle Transform Simulator is a closed loop: claim free rewards, transform, fill three bars, smash Gold, buy the next body, then automate the boring reps. The game is live on Roblox, free-to-play, and online with 10-player servers. You are not waiting for a launch, and you are not playing a local split-screen gym.

Minute zero: codes and the gear menu

Join the experience and click the gear in the top-left. That panel is settings, auto-train, and codes. Paste each live string from the codes list and press Enter. Current public codes include MUSCLE, BATTLEPASS, UPDATE3, WORLD2, SMASH, and SPIN. They pay spins plus Strength, Gold, and Training potions. Redeem before you train so the first set is boosted. If a code fails, hop servers once, then assume it expired.

Leave Super potions for a planned push. Do not chug everything while you still stand in the lobby in the scrawny body.

Transform, then sit on all three pads

Press F. You should leave the lobby body and become Rage Man, the World 1 starter. Training machines ignore you until you transform. If F does nothing, you are already in form or a menu is stealing input.

Walk to the arm, leg, and body pads. Interact, then tap. Each pad fills one bar. Public videos and player tools often describe a character maxing around 100 per body part. Watch the bar go white; that is the cap for that stat on this form. Rotate so you do not sit on arms for twenty minutes while legs stay in single digits.

Turn auto-train on in the same gear menu as soon as you understand the three pads. Auto-train is free. It is the difference between a first hour that finishes Gray and a first hour that stalls on Rage Man because you tabbed out.

The training guide explains weight order, pets, Titanic plates, Galaxy plates, and potion timing. You do not need Galaxy weights (about 500 Robux) or Venom (about 800 Robux) during hour one.

Smash for the Gray pile

Machines do not print Gold. After a few filled ticks, leave the gym and smash city objects. Punch clusters of cars, trees, and crates. Jump then punch for a wider hit. Charge for a moving smash. Isolated lamp posts waste time. When the street is clear or your pockets feel heavy, press V to teleport back to the pads.

Early Gold exists to buy Gray, then later Spike Man, plus the first sequential weights and a cheap egg. Do not hoard a pile while Rage Man is already capped. The smash route is the full Gold guide; this page only needs you to fund the next form.

Buy Gray, then walk the Spike Man path

Open characters after Rage Man’s three bars are done. Gray is the next World 1 body. Creator videos often show Gray around 500 Gold and Spike Man around 5,000 Gold; treat those as session snapshots, not a patch-proof price list. Buy Gray only after Rage Man is maxed. Transform again, reset your mental bars, and train all three stats on Gray. Repeat toward Spike Man. Completing World 1 is what opens later maps, not a hidden portal.

World 2 is Warrior, Baldy, and Hero. Creator videos also call that anime world Goku, One Punch Man, and All Might. You should not be there in hour one unless a paid form or lucky pets deleted the grind. Check the world roster and the character rankings before you skip a required body.

Venom, Master Rage (about 30 percent over your best character), and King Hulk are not first-hour goals. They sit behind Robux or late Gold, and they still need the same three bars.

Hatch a cheap egg

Lobby eggs cost Gold and hatch pets. Buy a cheap one, hatch it, and equip the pet. Pets boost training speed and related stats while you sit and while you smash. One weak pet equipped beats three strong pets sitting in the inventory. Save expensive world eggs until you understand hatch luck and you are no longer starving the Gray purchase.

Controls you will actually use

InputWhat it does
FTransform into the current character
VTeleport back to the training gym
Gear (top-left)Settings, auto-train toggle, and codes
Tap or click a machineTrain arms, legs, or body
Jump plus punchWide smash across a cluster
ChargeMoving area smash for Gold

On mobile, tap the machines and the gear the same way. There is no split-screen local co-op layout to learn. Other players share a 10-person server; they do not complete your bars for you.

First-hour mistakes

Do not smash one parked car at a time. Do not buy a mid-shop weight before the cheaper one. Do not rebirth. Do not teleport to World 2 with empty pets and then stall on trees. Do not skip legs. Do not leave auto-train off while you watch a video. Do not spend Robux on Venom before you can explain what V does.

If a bar will not move, you are probably not transformed, not on the pad, or already capped on that part. If Gold will not rise, you are punching objects your current form cannot break. Train a little more, then smash a weaker cluster.

Finish the hour with Rage Man done or Gray underway, one pet equipped, auto-train on, and codes claimed. Stay on the training guide until the next form is paid.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What should I do in the first ten minutes?

Redeem codes, press F, sit on all three machines, turn auto-train on, then smash a cluster for Gray money.

Where is the codes box?

The gear icon in the top-left opens settings. The codes field is on that panel. Paste MUSCLE, BATTLEPASS, UPDATE3, WORLD2, SMASH, and SPIN one at a time.

Do I buy Gray or more weights first?

Max Rage Man, buy Gray, then spend leftover Gold on the next sequential weight and a cheap egg. Spike Man waits until Gray's three bars are done.

Why will the machines not give stats?

You are not transformed, you are on the wrong pad, or that body part is already capped. Press F, rotate arms, legs, and body, then read how to train.

Should I go to World 2 in hour one?

No. Finish Rage Man, Gray, and Spike Man first. World gates follow the world roster, not a skip button.
