Muscle Transform Simulator How to Smash for Gold
Hit clusters, charge the street, then teleport home before the pads go idle.
Gold in Muscle Transform Simulator comes from breaking the city, not from the gym pads. Machines raise arms, legs, and body. Smashed cars, trees, and crates pay for the next character, the next weight, and the next egg. If you sit on auto-train with an empty wallet, you will cap Rage Man and then stare at Gray’s price.
This route assumes you already transformed with F. If you are still in the scrawny lobby body, go back to Getting Started. Untransformed punches bounce off props that a real form deletes in one jump.
Hit clusters, not souvenirs
Walk into a knot of objects and punch the group. A packed row of cars or a grove of trees pays more than a lonely cone. Jump, then punch, so the hitbox covers the pile instead of one bumper. Charge when you want to keep moving through a street and smash as you go. Both tools exist so you stop lining up polite single-target taps.
Good early targets are trees, cars, and crates. Trees are often the weakest props and they cluster well. Cars pay better once your form can actually break them. Crates and similar dump piles are worth a detour when several sit together. Skip isolated street furniture unless it sits on the path between two dense groups.
If an object soaks too many hits, leave it. That ambulance or heavy wreck is telling you the current form is undertrained. Spend a block on the pads with better weights and pets, then come back. The training guide is how you raise smash power; this page is how you spend that power on Gold.
Charge, jump punch, and V
Jump plus punch is your wide swing. Use it when you are standing in a cluster and want everything nearby to pop. Charge is the moving smash: start the charge, run the line of props, and let the area hit clear the street. You do not need a perfect rotation. You need fewer wasted steps between breaks.
When the pile is gone or your Gold ticks slow down, press V. V teleports you back to the training gym. It is the reset button for this loop. Smash, V, train the lagging bar, smash again. Players who run back on foot leak minutes every cycle.
You can mix in a Gold potion on a dense street. Strength and Training potions belong on machines. Super is for a planned burst when you already know the cluster will break. Do not drink Gold in the gym and then walk to a single tree.
When to smash versus when to train
Smash when you can clear a cluster quickly and you need Gold for a character, a weight, or an egg. Train when props take too many hits, when a bar is far from cap, or when auto-train will finish a stat before you could complete another street. A maxed form that still punches slowly needs pets and weights, not a longer jog past the same parked van.
A useful rhythm for World 1 is: train until one bar is close to white, smash a dense block, V home, finish the bar, rotate pads, smash again. Buy Gray the moment Rage Man is fully capped. Repeat for Spike Man. Do not farm Gold for a World 2 body while World 1 still has an empty slot.
World 2 trees and other quest stalls
World 2 is Warrior, Baldy, and Hero, the anime-styled map that videos also call Goku, One Punch Man, and All Might. Comments on beginner videos keep repeating the same stall: a World 2 quest asks you to destroy 15 trees, and a fresh unlock cannot break them. That is not a hidden trick. The trees are a strength check.
If you cannot pop those trees, stop the quest, go back to training, and raise smash power. Buy the next sequential Gold weight. Equip better pets. Use a Strength potion on the pads, then a smash pass. Venom (about 800 Robux), Galaxy weights (about 500 Robux), Titanic plates, Master Rage, or a later form such as King Hulk will also delete the grove, but you should not treat Robux as the only answer. Underpowered World 2 smashes waste more time than one extra training block.
Later worlds add denser props and odder forms, including Cake in World 3 and the Galaxy Creature, Money Man, and Void Guardian line in World 4. The smash rules do not change. Clusters still beat souvenirs. V still beats jogging home. If a world feels unbreakable, your current transformation is not finished, or you skipped pets.
Spend Gold on the loop, not on a museum
Gold you earn on a smash run should go to the next character after the current one is maxed, then to the next weight, then to eggs you will actually equip. Hoarding for a rebirth while a roster slot is still locked is backwards. Rebirth waits until characters are complete; read how to rebirth before you dump a smash pile into a reset you do not understand.
A clean smash session ends with a heavier wallet, a bought plate or body, and a V back to auto-train. If you finished a street and bought nothing, you went sightseeing. Run the grove again only after the next purchase is queued.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the fastest way to earn Gold?
Jump-punch and charge clusters of cars, trees, and crates, then press V. Isolated props and long walks back to the gym are slow.
Why can I not destroy the World 2 trees?
The 15-tree quest is a strength check. Train more, equip better pets and weights, then smash. Do not stand in the grove tapping a trunk you cannot break.
Should I smash or train right now?
Smash when clusters die fast and you need Gold. Train when hits bounce or a bar is far from cap. Alternate with V instead of picking one forever.
Does charging help more than jumping?
Use jump punches inside a pile and charge to clear a line while moving. Both are area tools. Neither replaces a stronger form from how to train.
