Muscle Transform Simulator Potion Planner

Which flask to drink for train, smash, unlock, and rebirth prep.

Potion Planner

Potion timing is the cheapest power spike in Muscle Transform Simulator. Strength, Gold, Training, and Super all multiply a session you were already going to play. They do not replace machines, smash clusters, or the next character purchase. This planner tells you which lid to open for which session, when a code flask is enough, and when a Robux shop flask is actually worth the spend.

The four flasks

Strength speeds training and raises damage. Drink it when you are on a machine or when a smash cluster is too tanky for the current form. It is not a Gold multiplier.

Gold raises smash income. Drink it when you are about to jump-punch groups of cars, trees, and crates. A Gold flask on a single mailbox is a wasted window.

Training speeds the machine itself. Drink it with Strength whenever the session is arms, legs, or body. Auto-train on. Next sequential weight equipped, including Titanic once you can buy it.

Super stacks during long sets. Save it for a new character unlock, when all three bars are empty and you need the flask to cover the whole sit. Super on a maxed body is the worst spend in the gym.

Codes currently feed this inventory. WORLD2 is one Strength Potion. SMASH is one Gold Potion. BATTLEPASS is one Training Potion. MUSCLE and UPDATE3 are one spin each. SPIN is five wheel spins. The wheel can roll Mysterious Hulk, Red General, or more potions. Full strings and redeem clicks live on the code rewards list.

Decision table

SessionDrinkDo not drinkWhy
Machine trainingStrength + TrainingGold, SuperBars fill faster. Gold does nothing on a bench. Super is too rare for a form you already own.
Smash clustersGoldTraining, SuperIncome is the smash goal. Training only helps machines. Super belongs on empty bars.
Tanky smash (new world props)Gold + StrengthSuper unless the form is brand newStrength helps damage. Gold still pays the cluster. Super is optional only on a fresh unlock.
New character unlockSuper + Strength + TrainingGold until bars are doneEmpty bars are the Super job. Smash after the sit, then Gold.
Rebirth prepGold for last buy-ins; bank SuperSuper on the old bodyYou need Gold for the last weight or character. Super waits for the reset’s empty bars.
Daily wheel nightNone until you see the rewardWhatever you just won, immediatelyA potion from the wheel should match tonight’s session, not fire because it is in the bag.

Code potions versus the Robux shop

Code flasks are free and one-time per account. Redeem them first. WORLD2 and SMASH cover one machine night and one smash night. BATTLEPASS covers the Training half of a machine night. After those three, you are on shop stock or wheel luck.

The Robux shop sells the same four types. Buy shop flasks only when the session is already planned and a code flask is not sitting in the bag. A shop Super is for a new character or a rebirth that opens empty bars. A shop Gold is for a smash route you can actually finish before the timer ends. A shop Strength or Training is for a long machine sit with auto-train on, not for a two-minute hop.

Do not buy a shop flask “for later” if your current character is one smash cluster away from the next body. Gold on the ground is progress. Gold in a flask you never drink is not.

Session recipes

Train night. Redeem WORLD2 and BATTLEPASS if they are still unused. Equip the best three pets and the next weight you can afford. Drink Strength and Training. Sit arms, then legs, then body. Details on machine order live in the training guide. Stop when the flasks expire. Do not chain a Super because the bars “feel slow.” Slow bars on an owned form are a weight and pet problem.

Smash night. Redeem SMASH. Drink Gold. Teleport out, hit the densest cluster you can clear, and come back. Isolated props are a trap. The smash route covers charge attacks and return teleports. If a new world’s props shrug you off, add Strength. Do not add Super unless this is also the new character’s first hour.

Unlock night. This is the Super session. Buy the next form only when the current one is maxed and you have the Gold. Transform, drink Super plus Strength plus Training, and sit until white bars. Smash after, with Gold, to fund the following body. If Super expires mid-sit, a second Training flask is cheaper than a panic Super.

Rebirth prep. Finish the current world’s bodies. Smash with Gold for the last sequential weight. Leave Super in the bag. After the reset, that Super is the first flask of the new unlock night.

The tools hub is the index for these planners. Come back here when a flask is in the bag and the session type is not obvious. The worst potion spend in this gym is a Super flask on a character whose arms, legs, and body are already white. Bank that flask. The next transformation you unlock is the session Super was saved for.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Which potion do I drink on machines?

Strength plus Training. Strength speeds training and damage. Training speeds the machine. Leave Gold for smash clusters and Super for a new character's empty bars.

When do I drink Gold potions?

When you are about to smash clusters of cars, trees, and crates. Gold is smash income. It does nothing useful on a bench. Follow the smash route after you pop it.

When is Super worth drinking?

On a new character unlock or right after a rebirth that opens empty bars. Stack it with Strength and Training for the long sit. Never drink Super on a maxed form.

Should I buy potions with Robux if I still have codes?

No. Redeem WORLD2, SMASH, and BATTLEPASS first. Shop flasks are for a planned session after those free flasks are gone. Spins from MUSCLE, UPDATE3, and SPIN can add more potions from the wheel.
